my group had a pleasant stay while exploring the area, with blind boone park just under 2 km away and cave hollow park slightly further, allowing for beautiful strolls during our visit.

Had a pretty good stay! The breakfast lady was super nice and even recognized what I usually grab. Made my mornings easier. Those picnic tables outside were nice for chilling too. Just wish the check-in process was smoother. kinda felt like I was being played when they couldn't find my reservation. Overall, solid place to crash.

Checked in late to find some confusion with our reservation. After confirming my prior check-in with a phone call, I received two rooms, but they weren't at the rate I booked, and they were on different floors. The breakfast was decent, though the biscuits could use improvement. The convenient location was a plus for our visit, but the front desk experience was frustrating this time around.

Couple's Retreat Done Wrong

Had to deal with a ant infestation in my room, and got minimal help. Finally they gave me some ant bait to use, but it was frustrating to deal with that during our stay.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but at least the beds were comfortable.
